Please read the quotation terms and conditions carefully prior to placing an order.

  1. Warranty 1 year GEA & GETRA and 6 months BALI KITCHEN STAINLESS. Unit not include spare part – (except fault from the factory)
  2. Electricity must be stable 220V/380V. Use stabilizer is a must
  3. Payment system
    1. READY STOCK BALI: Full payment
    2. READY STOCK JAKARTA/custom order: 50% Deposit when ordering unit
    3. Before delivery: 50% Before delivery the unit
  4. Payment can be via bank transfer to:
    Bank BCA – A/C#: 898 0700 900 – Name: Moh Syaiful Bahri

    If already transfer please resend the copy transfer it because without it we can’t process it

  5. Price and stock can change anytime before deal. Currency changes anytime
  6. Ordering GEA & GETRA which ready stock Jakarta maximum 2 weeks
  7. BALI KITCHEN STAINLESS unit (custom unit) estimation 21 working days maximum, unless there is a prior agreement
  8. Price is not including outside Denpasar & Badung
  9. BALI KITCHEN STAINLESS will package the equipment for safety, but BALI KITCHEN STAINLESS will not be responsible for any damage in the expedition.
  10. For big Unit, we don’t accept delivery to 2nd floor and any extreme steep location
  11. All project cost include transport and accommodation will be bound to customer
  12. Item purchased can’t be exchanged or refund for any kind of reason. Any amount of transfer will not be refunded upon cancellation by customer.
